Good tool, some quirks

I purchased the Tailwind Create feature last month, mainly for my Instagram posts. Ordering was straightforward, just picked the annual plan. Delivery isn't really a thing since it's a software, but getting access was instant after payment. I used it to design about 20 posts so far. The Stock Photo Library had decent options, though sometimes I wished for more variety. The Image Transformation Tool is handy for resizing. I did have one small issue where a saved design didn't load properly, but refreshing fixed it. Customer support was okay; they answered my question about the Brand Kits in about 48 hours. For the price, especially with the annual discount, it's a powerful tool and quite user-friendly for someone not good at design. It's made my social media a lot more consistent.
